Monroe, MI – The Newport woman charged in the deaths of two young siblings who passed away from injuries sustained when they were hit by a car at a Monroe County birthday party has posted bond.
Online court records out of Monroe County indicate that Marshella Chidester was able to post the $1.5 Million bond earlier this week.
Chidester has been charged with two counts of second degree murder, two counts of operating while intoxicated causing death, and four counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury.
Her Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for April 30th in District Court.
