Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission voted to approve bids for demolishing three downtown buildings on South Main Street.
116 through 120 South Main… near where Maiden Lane used to be, but has since been turned into a parking lot and an alley… will be taken down at a cost of around $390,000.
The demolition will take place this Spring, and should be done before the Fall. City Administrator Greg Elliott outlined the future for that space, and the surrounding area…
New developments in the newly created space would include pop-up retail stores…
