Adrian, MI – The City of Adrian Planning Commission recently conducted a pre-application meeting for the redevelopment of the former Bixby Hospital site as a Planned Unit Development.
The Weekly Administrator Update by Greg Elliott says that the proposed PUD would be a detached, for rent housing project including approximately 50 dwelling units.
As previously reported, the City’s Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is supporting this project with a predevelopment loan.
ProMedica Bixby Hospital closed their doors in 2020, when Hickman Hospital opened theirs on North M-52.
