Lenawee County, MI – The intersection of US-223 and Division Street at the City of Adrian/Madison Township border was approved for left turn arrows and phasing work by the Michigan Department of Transportation.
Aaron Jenkins, the media relations representative for MDOT’s University Region, told WLEN News in an email Friday that a study was recently completed at the intersection. However, there is not a timeline of the left turn phasing because the project must go through MDOT’s signal design processes.
