Palmyra Twp., MI – A semi truck and trailer versus SUV crash at US 223 and Ogden Highway Tuesday morning around 11am injured one person and impacted traffic in the area.
The Michigan State Police reported to WLEN News on scene that the SUV was on Ogden Highway at the north side of the intersection when they pulled out in front of the Semi, who was traveling northbound on US 223. The collision caused minor injuries to the lone occupant of the SUV, who was transported to a Toledo hospital for treatment.
US 223 was briefly closed as a result of the crash, which is under further investigation. The Michigan State Police were assisted on scene by the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office, Madison Township Fire Department, and Palmyra Township Fire Department.
