Lansing, MI – The Michigan Department of Treasury is reminding taxpayers that state individual income tax returns are due in less than a month.
State individual income tax returns must be filed electronically or postmarked through the U.S. Postal Service by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 15th.
For the benefit and convenience of taxpayers, both federal and state of Michigan individual income tax returns are due on the same date.
