Robinson Planetarium Schedules Shows for Fridays in March

default-2

Adrian, MI – Shows are for all ages and scheduled at 7 p.m. on Fridays — March 8, 15, 22, and 29. The program is free of charge and lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Based on the trickster of Native American lore, the Coyote, is the show’s narrator. “Earth, Moon and Sun’ is a wonderful and hilarious program for young people in the primary grades in elementary school,” Robinson Planetarium Director Mark Fairclough said. “It’s a fast-paced full dome demonstration of lunar phases, eclipses, day and night, the sun, and other puzzling events with the help of a confused coyote. This program beautifully illustrates basic concepts like moon phases and seasons.”

The Robinson Planetarium is located at the eastern end of Peelle Hall on the corner of Charles and Williams streets on the Adrian College campus.
