Lenawee Historical Society to Host “The Formation and Development of Lenawee County” Program

Adrian, MI – The Lenawee Historical Society will present a program titled ‘The Formation and Development of Lenawee County.’ Guest speaker, Dr. Howard Pennington, will give the talk at 2pm on Saturday, March 2nd at the Museum in Adrian.

He is a retired veterinarian and life-long resident of Lenawee County. His family was among the earliest settlers of the county. Dr. Pennington will talk about how the county was established, including the histories of the villages and hamlets as they were settled and the development of the roads and railroads.

The Museum is located at 110 East Church Street in Adrian. The program is free and open to the public.
