Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission voted to move forward with a multi-million-dollar grant application for improvements along Winter Street in the downtown area.
The City anticipates the total street redesign will cost $10.6 million. The grant would cover about $5.5 million of that amount. Adrian City Administrator Greg Elliott spoke with WLEN News about the project…
In addition to nonparticipating items and soft costs, the City intends to match 25% of the participating construction costs for the project, such City funds to come from Adrian’s enhancement grant being administered by Lenawee Now.
