RHINO Seized Drugs and Guns While Executing Search Warrant in Lenawee County

Lenawee County, MI – RHINO detectives conducted a search warrant in Lenawee on Tuesday. The MSP Aviation Unit, troopers from the MSP-Monroe Post, the MSP K-9 Unit and the Jackson Narcotics Enforcement Team (JNET), played vital roles in the operation’s success.

During a search of the residence, RHINO detectives located and seized over 12 ounces of cocaine, distribution amounts of LSD, psilocybin (hallucinogenic mushrooms), 29 pounds of processed marijuana and 16 firearms. Additional suspected narcotics that were seized will be sent to the Michigan State Police Forensic Laboratory for analysis. RHINO detectives will be working closely with the Lenawee County Prosecutor’s Office to pursue felony charges against the suspect involved with the investigation.

The investigation remains ongoing and the RHINO office encourages the community to contribute any information regarding narcotics activity. You have the option to remain anonymous and your cooperation will greatly assist law enforcement in combating illegal narcotics operations. Suspect identities will not be disclosed until they have been arraigned. However, a subsequent press release will be issued following the arraignment for public identification.
