Raisin Twp., MI – A pretrial hearing date has been scheduled for the Raisin Township man charged with murdering his wife on the 4th of July, 2022.
45-year-old Michael Allison was arraigned on Open Murder and Weapons Felonies after his 27-year-old wife Nicole Allison, was found dead in the roadside ditch near their Gady Road home following a reported domestic dispute.
Defense council recently requested an independent forensic evaluation to be conducted. The Lenawee County Prosecutor’s Office had no objection to the request, according to online court records.
Allison’s pretrial hearing has been scheduled for February 7th, 2024 at 8am in the courtroom of Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Anna Marie Anzalone.
