Onsted, MI – With the major road construction season behind us in Lenawee County, WLEN News reached out to the Lenawee County Road Commission Managing Director/Engineer Scott Merillat to give a review of some projects that took place in 2023.
A major project in the County took place in and around the Village of Onsted. The Village has been working for quite a while on infrastructure improvements throughout the municipality. The Road Commission was going to pave Onsted Highway from US-223 to M-50 a year ago, but decided to delay the work until the Village finished infrastructure work so they could pave the entire stretch of roadway.
