Adrian, MI – College Avenue, adjacent to the Riverview Terrace Apartments in Adrian, has reopened to traffic.
Matt Tomaszewski, Director of Parks and Engineering Services, told WLEN News that structural repairs completed thus far have deemed it safe to reopen College Avenue.
The road has been closed for over one year, since the Summer of 2022.
