Preliminary Examination Dates Set for Dee Warner Murder Case

Adrian, MI – A Probable Cause Conference took place this morning in the case of The People versus Dale Warner. The purpose of a Probable Cause Conference is for the prosecutor, defendant, and defense attorney to have discussions regarding plea negotiations, bond modifications, stipulations regarding the case, or any other matters relevant to the case.

Warner has been charged with murdering his wife, Dee in 2021. He has also been charged with tampering evidence. Lenawee County District Court Judge Laura Schaedler set Preliminary Examination dates for March 12th, 13th, 14th, and possibly 15th… 2024. Alternate dates have been set for April 9th, 10th, 11th, and possibly the 12th… 2024.

Passports of Dale Warner and his young daughter were both turned over to the court, as part of the bond order issued by Judge Schaedler.
