Raisin Twp., MI – The Raisin Township Fire Department fought a structure fire late Friday afternoon. According to Fire Chief Jim Hannah, the department was dispatched to a structure fire at 4014 Ridge Highway at around 5:45pm.
Upon arrival, the approximately 20 by 30 outbuilding was fully involved. There were no injuries or other buildings involved. The Raisin Township Fire Department cleared the scene just before 9pm and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The Raisin Township Fire Department was assisted by the Adrian, Ridgeway, and Palmyra Townships… and Tecumseh City and Sand Lake Fire Departments.
