Marquette, MI – The undefeated Lenawee Christian Cougars football team heads to Marquette for the Division II 8-Player state championship game. They will play undefeated Marion.
Leading up to this game, Coach Bill Wilharms has his eye on Lake Linden Hubbell who appeared to be on a roll and beat the two-time state champion Powers North Central twice this year. Last week, though, Marion beat Hubbell 42-36, taking them to state finals game.
The game will be at 2 PM at Northern Michigan University’s Superior Dome. Coverage of the game will be live on 96.5 The Cave and at 965thecave.com with Ian Wendt on call.
