Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission appears to be moving forward with a Special Assessment Policy for Street construction.
The document says that properties with single-family or duplex residential use and publicly-owned properties that will benefit from a reconstruction project will be assessed at a rate of 15% of the total project cost based on the benefitted property’s frontage along the improvement.
