Onsted, MI – Cambridge Township Clerk, Annette Roesch, recently announced that she will be retiring from her position…and Thursday was her last meeting.

She addressed the audience, thanking them for their interest in local government and for holding elected officials accountable. She also said that even though the mining ordinance work has been completed, for now, she hopes the public will still attend meetings regularly…

She said that she was leaving her position to spend time with family. Rick Richardson has been appointed as the new interim clerk. He was approved for the position at a recent special meeting by a 3-1 vote, with Roesch abstaining.
