Adrian, MI – TLC Community Credit Union’s Financial Education team received two awards at the annual Credit Union Financial Education Network conference.
TLC was awarded 2nd place for the ‘Most Students Reached’ and 2nd place for the ‘Most Student Presentations’ for their category across the United States.
Throughout the 2022-2023 school year TLC Community Credit Union’s Financial Education team hosted 242 presentations reaching 6,935 students of all ages.
The Financial Education team is currently in 16 elementary schools every week working with over 600 students on the importance of saving money.
