Adrian, MI – There is a declaration of death hearing scheduled for Wednesday for missing Lenawee County woman, Dee Warner.

The hearing will be in the courtroom of Probate Judge Catherine Sala.

This will be the second day of this hearing, with the first day being in late June. It has been over two years since Dee went missing from her Munger Road home…and the family is now working to have her legally declared dead.

Judge Sala has already heard testimony from the woman who saw Dee on April 24th, 2021… the day before she was officially considered missing.

She also heard from a close friend of Dee’s…her massage therapist…an Intelligence Analyst with the First District of the Michigan State Police…the Conservator for Dee…and a handwriting expert.
