Onsted, MI – The Cambridge Township Board of Trustees have set a Special Meeting to consider proposed ordinance changes to ordinances pertaining to mining in the Township.

Fred Lucas, one of the lawyers who represents the township, presented the most recent changes to an ordinance which outlines mining operations…some of which he said were added the same day as the meeting, Wednesday.

In order to give the Trustees and public time to review the changes, a special meeting was scheduled for next Thursday, August 17th at 7pm at the Cambridge Township Hall on Onsted Highway, just north of M-50.
