Adrian, MI – The husband of missing Lenawee County woman Dee Warner is currently lodged at the Lenawee County jail. Probate Court Judge Catherine Sala ordered Dale Warner into custody on Wednesday.
Sheriff Troy Bevier confirmed with WLEN News Wednesday evening that Warner is currently in jail. WLEN News will have more details on this developing story. Dale has not been charged in connection to Dee’s disappearance. There is a declaration of death hearing scheduled for August 16th in Lenawee County Probate Court.
UPDATE: Warner was arrested on a contempt of court charge for not providing financial documentation per a court order.
