Adrian, MI – The First Christian Church, on Bent Oak Avenue, has transferred ownership of their building and property to Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County.
Due to many circumstances, the Church ended its presence in Adrian on Easter Sunday and wanted its remaining assets to benefit the local community they served.
Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee plans to repurpose the space to house visiting volunteer groups, including teams from Americorps NCCC. These groups visit a few times each year and serve with Habitat Lenawee in construction and at the ReStore.
