Blissfield, MI – The Village Council will consider an amendment to Chapter 150 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System to amend the ordinance to include definitions for “units” as well as the addition of two billing programs; one program being the Utility Repair Program and the other being the Billing Adjustment Program to help assist residents when appropriate.
