Blissfield, MI – A senior at Adrian College, and native of Ingham County, Samantha McGaughy has won the 2023 Miss River Raisin Festival Scholarship.
This was the third year competing for the vocal performance major. Samantha talked to WLEN News after the contest at the Blissfield River Raisin Festival Friday night.
