Adrian, MI – Lenawee County will join National Intern Day later this month, as a day celebrating the interns who are learning from and working with employers throughout the county.
All county employers who currently host a college-level summer intern are welcome to register their interns for the day.
Organizers of the event have planned a celebration to honor and thank them for the many ways they contribute to organizations and the community. In addition to honoring interns, the day will showcase the many reasons to stay and work in Lenawee County following graduation.
The day will begin at Hidden Lake Gardens for a morning of networking, service learning, and exploration. The group will travel to the Planewave campus for a picnic lunch followed by an afternoon of STEAM activities including a tour of Planewave, creative discovery with the Adrian Center for the Arts, and more.
