Adrian, MI – The Lenawee Historical Society announced that their Renovation- Phase One is complete. Work to reseal and insulate the foundation of the building was wrapped up last Saturday.
This completes the damp-proofing of the below-grade walls. The final inspection for the building located in downtown Adrian is scheduled for next Tuesday. Phase Two will be underway in short order. The monthly newsletter from the society said that all 116 windows will be scraped, painted, and caulked.
