
Adrian, MI – Lenawee County took a step towards renovating the Rex B. Martin Judicial Building at their recent Personnel Ways and Means Committee meeting.
In a memo to the group, County Administrator Kim Murphy said that the Judicial Building, in Adrian, is in desperate need of renovations. She said that she believes it is in the county’s best interest to have a needs assessment performed prior to moving forward with any permanent plans for renovations and/or construction.
The full Board of Commissioners voted to have Murphy solicit a Request For Proposal for Architect and Engineering for the Judicial Building.
