Hudson, MI – As it is so often called, orange barrel season is upon us here in Lenawee County, with several local and state-funded road projects now underway.

The Michigan Department of Transportation continues work on two major projects in Lenawee County, which are focused on the western side near Hudson and Addison.

In the City of Hudson, both lanes of Main Street…M-34… from McClellan Street and Meridian Road, are experiencing closures for construction until the end of the month.

Near the Village of Addison, a major road project is underway to construct a roundabout at the intersection of US-223 and US-127. This multi-million dollar project is projected to be completed by the end of this calendar year.
