Tecumseh, MI – Through the use of dental records, the Lenawee County Medical Examiner’s office has positively identified the body found on May 2nd, 2023 in the City of Tecumseh as 51-year-old Melissa Gilbert, of Lenawee County.
Tecumseh Police did not specify if she had a permanent residence in Lenawee. Her family has been notified and they are making funeral arrangements.
Cause of death is still pending the results of pathology and toxicology reports, however foul play is not suspected at this time.
