Adrian, MI – Gleaner Life Insurance Society recently announced a total of over $54,300 in donations to local non-profit groups through the Lenawee Community Foundation.
The donations came through the Gleaner Gives campaign in which Gleaner employees each made contributions that were matched up to $1,000 by Gleaner Life. The Gleaner Gives program works in conjunction with the Lenawee Community Foundation’s Lenawee Cares campaign.
A total of 24 non-profit organizations were helped through the Gleaner donations. The largest contribution to a single group was $9,452 to the Lenawee Humane Society. That was followed by over $6,000 to Neighbors of Hope, more than $5,500 to The Daily Bread of Lenawee, and nearly $4,000 to Share the Warmth.
