
Adrian, MI – The community has the chance to shop local on May 5th in Downtown Adrian, during the “Cinco de Mayo” First Friday event. The following streets be closed beginning at 2:30pm on Friday, May 5th, and will reopen at approximately 11pm:
-Maumee Street from Broad to Winter
-Main Street from Church to Front
First Friday features include:
Brenda Rodriguez’s Little Taste of Texas (104 Toledo) is the May sponsor, featuring corn & flour tacos, walking tacos, elotes and Horchata agua frescas.
Adrian Cruise In Car Show – brought to First Fridays by Nova’s Entertainment
Living Wax Museum – Students from Prairie Elementary will line East Maumee Street from 5pm-6pm with the Living Wax Museum
Here is the entertainment list for Friday night:
•The Metros Band with Gordy Sharpe – corner of S. Main & Church, 6pm-8pm
•Los Hermanos Villegas – W. Maumee, 7pm-10pm
•Blockhouse Valley – Mammoth Distilling 7:30pm – 10:30pm
•DJ STE – The Brick Wall Pub & Grill 7pm – midnight
•The Native Heart & Noah Martis – Farver’s at the Croswell – 7pm-10pm
•Karaoke – Club 109 Inc. at 9pm
There will also be several businesses running specials during first Friday.
