Adrian, MI – The Lenawee Community Foundation held their annual meeting, breakfast, and awards ceremony Thursday morning in Adrian.
The group honored their three award recipients. The Incito Award went to Austin See; the Stubnitz Award to Harry “Dusty” Steele, and the Lenawee Leadership Award to Charles Gross.
After the event Thursday, WLEN News was able to talk to each recipient…and they will be featured in a future newscast.
Lenawee Community Foundation Executive Director, Bronna Kahle, gave a presentation to the crowd at the Adrian Armory and Events Center about a new fund called the ‘Health Happiness and Hope Fund.’
She talked to WLEN News about its purpose…
Kahle said that many other Community Foundations already have a fund like this, and that it is great to have one in Lenawee County.
