Monroe, MI – A serious injury traffic accident in Monroe County that occurred earlier this month has ended up as a fatality.
Monroe County Sheriff Troy Goodnough reported that 22 year old Mason Mayville of Monroe died as a result of his injuries suffered in the crash. The accident occurred at 9pm on April 12th on Mall Road, west of North Monroe Street in Frenchtown Township.
The crash remains under investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Services Division. Anyone with information is asked to call 734-240-7756.
