Jackson, MI – A Jackson man thought he was going to faint when he won $1 million on the Michigan Lottery’s The Big Spin show.
66-year-old Richard Choat won the big prize after spinning the prize wheel on The Big Spin show hosted by Detroit basketball champion, John Salley. Choat was selected to participate in the show after entering codes from non-winning The Big Spin tickets online.
Choat plans to share his winnings with family, donate to charity, and then save the remainder.
He was one of five players selected for The Big Spin show in a random drawing.
