Washington, D.C. – The United States House recently passed House Resolution 5, the Parents Bill of Rights Act.

Included in H.R. 5 was Congressman Tim Walberg’s Parental Rights Over the Education and Care of Their….PROTECT… Kids Act.

The resolution would require any Department of Education-funded elementary or middle school to seek and acquire parental consent before changing their child’s pronouns, gender markers, or preferred name on any school form.

This also includes allowing a child to change their sex-based accommodations, such as locker rooms or bathrooms.
