Blissfield, MI – The Schultz-Holmes Memorial Library in Blissfield pays tribute to Detroit legends when it hosts Dr. Edward Sarkis Balian, author of Turn the Page, the biography of Detroit rocker Bob Seger.

The program begins at 6 pm on Thursday, March 30th at the library on South Lane Street. The library will provide suitably legendary Detroit refreshments, Vernors, Faygo and Better Made. The program is part of the library’s Blissfield Unbound program series.

Balian’s work includes inside Bob Seger stories, drawing on interviews, his composing, band personnel, recording sessions, tours, and his very private personal life. Because Seger is a very private person, Turn the Page is the only Bob Seger biography. The book is over 280 pages, with over 60 color and black and white images, and over 220 well-documented footnotes.
