Adrian, MI – With the announcement of over $6.6 million dollars of MSHDA funds being allocated to the restoration of the Riverview Terrace Apartments in Adrian, the City Commission may have to provide assistance with future taxes.
Administrator Greg Elliott said that the City is very committed to getting those 163 units back online again…
Once initiated, the State of Michigan says that the building could be fixed within a year’s time.
