Onsted, MI – The Village of Onsted has issued a Boil Water Advisory for residences on 4th Street between Main Street and Maple Street and residences on the east and west side of Main Street between 3rd Street and 4th Street.
This will impact businesses on Main Street including Bank Michigan, Village Offices, and the barbershop. In connection with the Water Improvement Project, a scheduled shutdown of the water main occurred in order to connect existing lines to the new water main. These precautionary actions are being taken due to the loss of water pressure in the water distribution system on January 5th.
The Boil Water Advisory shall remain in effect until at least Sunday, January 8th. For more information, contact the Onsted Village Offices or the Village Department of Public Works Superintendent.
