Adrian, MI – The United Way of Monroe/Lenawee Counties and ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital will have a free/low cost health screening and drug take-back day at a church in Adrian.
Here are some of the services available:
Adult immunizations, blood pressure check, height/weight, nutrition counseling, medication and counseling.
These are the labs and screenings available:
Vitamin D screen ($15), Colorectal cancer kit ($5- subject to availability), hemoglobin A1C ($15), 22-point blood panel ($20)
There will also be a drug take back event that day. Drop-off your unused or expired medications. (no syringes, liquids, or creams accepted). Any identifying patient information will be destroyed.
The take-back and health screening day will be Thursday, October 27th from 8am-12 noon at the Adrian First United Methodist Church at 1245 West Maple Avenue in Adrian.
