Monroe, MI – United Way of Monroe/Lenawee Counties have officially started its 2022-23 Annual Campaign with a kick-off breakfast on Friday at the Monroe Golf and Country Club.
The new theme is “join us in a new way to live united” … aimed at emphasizing new beginnings with the leadership transition to their new Executive Director, Laura Shultz-Pipis.
The United Way is also focusing on a transition to increased use of virtual fundraising tools and social media outreach.
The organization annually funds 11 local Lenawee County agency programs, and 25 Monroe County agencies.
