Monroe County, MI – A 62-year-old Adrian man died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Monroe County late Wednesday night.
The Michigan State Police Monroe Post responded to the crash on Oakville Waltz Road near Tuttle Hill Road.
Upon arrival on scene, troopers determined the following sequence of events occurred: a Harley Davidson motorcycle, operated by a single rider, was traveling west on Oakville Waltz Road and while negotiating a curve, lost control of his motorcycle and ran off the roadway into the ditch.
The operator fell from the motorcycle during the crash and suffered fatal injuries. At this time, it is unknown if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash. The incident remains under investigation by the Michigan State Police Monroe Post.
