Adrian, MI – The Adrian Police Department says that a juvenile was shot in the chest early Sunday morning in Adrian.
A news release Monday morning said that APD officers were dispatched to a call of shots fired near Maumee and Madison Streets at around 4:44am.
Officers then developed suspect names, and were able to locate and arrest two suspects. The injured juvenile was transported via private vehicle prior to police arriving at the scene, and is currently under care at a local hospital. The release said that names of the suspects are being withheld pending arraignment. The juvenile’s name will not be released by police.
