Adrian, MI – Residents living in an apartment building in Adrian have been told to evacuate over structural issues, according to the City.
The inspection of the Riverview Terrace apartment building was ongoing as of Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon, engineers determined the building is unsafe, and will remain so until structural issues have been addressed. The City of Adrian is continuing to assist representatives of Riverview Terrace with the transportation and relocation of residents.
In a news release, the City said that College Avenue and the adjacent sidewalk will remain closed from George Street to Church Street until further notice.
