Adrian, MI – There was a probable cause conference held in Lenawee County District Court this morning for the Raisin Township man charged in the death of his wife on July 4th.

44-year-old Michael Allison has been charged with Open Murder and Firearms felonies by the Lenawee County Prosecutors Office after his wife, 27-year-old Nicole Allison, was found dead in the roadside ditch near their Gady Road home following a reported domestic dispute.

Online court records show that a second probable cause conference was scheduled for the purpose of reviewing more information on the case. That has been placed on the docket for July 28th at 9am before Judge Laura Schaedler. A preliminary examination scheduled for the 21st was removed from the docket due to the addition of the second probable cause conference.
