Blissfield, MI – The 38th Annual Blissfield River Raisin Festival kicks-off later today. The three day festival will feature live, free, entertainment at both Ellis and Bachmayer parks.
Some of these events include the Battle of the Bands, Fireworks show, a carnival, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament…and so much more.
Perhaps the most significant moment of the entire festival is the Miss River Raisin Festival Scholarship Competition. The winner will have an opportunity to become Miss Michigan.
The Blissfield River Raisin Festival will open at 5pm today and will conclude on Saturday night.
