Adrian, MI – The Boys & Girls Club of Lenawee ended school year programming by celebrating members and staff at their Annual Awards Banquet.
Over 100 youth club members received awards for participating in multiple programs throughout the year. Youth were also recognized for attendance and citizenship.
BGCL CEO, Cody Waters, was also recognized with a special Professional Service Award from Boys and Girls Club of America. The Award is presented to staff members who show devoted service and have contributed greatly in helping youth to achieve a fuller and richer life through the positive guidance and influence of Boys & Girls Clubs.
The Club will be closed for training this week, and summer hours will start on June 6th.
The Boys & Girls Club of Lenawee County’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
