Monroe, MI – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has announced dates for Marine Vessel Safety Inspections.
The Sheriff’s Office Marine Division is hosting annual Safety Inspections for Monroe County Residents to certify their boats are safe and prepared for the 2022 season.
These inspections are provided by the Sheriff’s Office at no cost to the public… participation is voluntary.
The Marine Division will be conducting Vessel Safety Inspections at the following locations:
Saturday, May 21st at Bolles Harbor DNR Boat Launch Site 9am to 3pm
Saturday, June 4th at Toledo Beach Marina 9am to 3pm
Saturday, June 19th at Lost Peninsula Marina 10am to 4pm
The vessels can be trailered, dry docked, or in the water for inspection. If you are interested in scheduling an inspection or have questions please call (734) 240-7744.
