Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Board of Commissioners listened to a lengthy update, and had some discussion, on the proposed Project Phoenix Wednesday afternoon.
The Commission purchased the Old Tecumseh Products site late last year, which is where the proposed sports complex and community center are planned to be located.
