Lenawee County, MI – The City of Adrian, the City of Tecumseh, and Riga Township have announced when they will be flushing fire hydrants.
In Adrian, hydrants started being flushed late last week. The process should take about 2 weeks to complete. Most of the flushing will occur between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. to minimize any inconvenience.
Riga Township hydrants will be flushed starting Monday April 18th through Friday April 22nd from 9am-3pm.
The Tecumseh City Public Utilities Department will be flushing fire hydrants, water mains and turning water valves starting today through Thursday, April 14th between the hours of 9am and 2pm. In an effort to minimize inconvenience to Tecumseh City residents and customers, flushing will not be performed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
